I am really pleased with the products and always have been but shipping has always been extremely high and for $87 worth of merchandise $36 for shipping is too much.

We have used this appointment pad for many many years and the quality has always been great. The pages were thick and coated. This year the paper is thin and not coated. I have to say we are very disappointed in this years batch. Not sure why they changed the way it is made but I wish they would go back to the thicker coated paper. I would normally give this a 5 star rating but I have to a 3 due to the quality of the paper
