Returns and Credit

We guarantee 100% satisfaction. Before returning any product, please call Customer Service at 800-624-8751 for return instructions. We will replace the product, issue a credit or offer a refund for the product within a 60-day period. Items listed as short-term promotional use products and custom imprint products are excluded. Authorized returns must be sent to us prepaid, in the original cartons.

Damaged goods

Upon receipt of goods, if damage exists, please do the following:

1.) Retain the original shipping carton

2.) Contact our customer service department. We will re-ship your order at no charge, and file a claim with the delivery carrier.
