We like these file folders. It was very hard to find folders with one side higher so you can see the customer and car info at a glance. The one thing we do is to slice one side open so it is easier to get the paperwork in and out. You may want to add that. It is very useful.

I like the durability, colors and layout. I particularly picked it for the back being higher so the customer name and car info sticks up. The only thing I would do differently is have the left side be open. The folders are too tight to get standard papers into easily. We cut one side open with scissors before using.
